§ 110-343. Report of gross receipts.

In order to determine the gross receipts received by any person selling gas within the city, such person shall be required to file with the city secretary at the time payment is made as provided in this division a sworn report showing the gross receipts received from the sale of gas to its consumers within the city limits for the period for which payment is made.
