§ 54-80. Time of operation.

No automobile, truck, wagon or vehicle of any kind described in this article shall be operated on the public streets in the city between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., nor shall such vehicle be operated on the public streets of the city on a Sunday.
