§ 62-417. Punishments.

(a)

A violation of section 62-416 shall be punishable by a fine of $25.00.

(b)

If it is shown on the trial of an offense under section 62-416 that the defendant has previously been convicted of at least one but not more than three violations of section 62-416 within a 12-month period from the date of the present offense, upon conviction the defendant shall be fined not less than $50.00 and not more than $200.00.

(c)

If it is shown on the trial of an offense under section 62-416 that the defendant has previously been convicted four or more times of violating section 62-416 within a 12-month period from the date of the present offense, on conviction the defendant shall be fined not less that $200.00 and not more than $500.00.
