The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Truck
means a motor vehicle designed, used or maintained primarily for the transportation
of property, but not to include those trucks commonly known as pickup trucks, panel
delivery trucks and carryall trucks.
