§ 70-25. Contributing to neglect or delinquency.

Any parent, legal guardian or other person having the care or custody of a minor child under the age of 17 years who shall, by any act or by lack of supervision and control over said minor child, encourage, contribute toward, cause or tend to cause said minor child to commit any delinquent or criminal act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
