§ 122-102. Same—Revocation.

  • (a)

    Any failure on the part of the holder of an electrical contractor's license to comply with the provisions of any ordinance of the city regulating electric wiring and apparatus, or to faithfully carry out the conditions of a contract for installing wiring and apparatus, shall be deemed sufficient cause for revoking said electrical contractor's license together with all rights and privileges thereunder.

    (b)

    The electrical inspector is hereby authorized to refuse to issue an electrical contractor's license to any previous holder of one which has been revoked or to any corporation, partnership, association or individual with which said holder is associated.
