§ 122-145. Defects in work; fee for reinspection.

  • (a)

    If upon inspection the installation is not found to be fully in accordance with this article, the electrical inspector shall immediately notify the person making the installation of the existing defects. The electrical inspector shall be deemed the judge of whether the installation of electric conductors and equipment has been made in accordance with this division.

    (b)

    A fee as determined from time to time by city council shall be charged when a reinspection is required due to failure to comply with the terms of this chapter.
