§ 126-104. Violations.

(a)

Each day a violation of this article continues after passage of 75 days from the date of the filing of the initial complaint with the administrator shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

(b)

Any person violating any provision of this article may be enjoined by a suit filed by the city in a court of competent jurisdiction, and this remedy is in addition to any other penalty provision.
