§ 126-122. Fair housing administrator.

The city manager shall appoint a fair housing administrator, who shall have the responsibility for implementing this article, establishing such rules as he and the council determine necessary to perform the duties of the office. The administrator may delegate his authority to investigate and conciliate complaints to other city employees under his direction.
