§ 130-67. Water service area.

(a)

There is hereby established a water service area, constituting the city's corporate limits and its extraterritorial jurisdiction as depicted in the water improvements plan.

(b)

The boundaries of the water service area may be amended from time to time, pursuant to the procedures in section 130-34.
