§ 130-146. Roadway impact fees.

(a)

The impact fees per service unit for roadway facilities set out in schedule 1 attached to Ord. No. 2008-11-102 and made a part hereof by reference is hereby adopted and incorporated into this division.

(b)

The impact fees per development unit for roadway facilities, which are to be paid by each new development, set out in schedule 1 attached to ord. No. 2008-11-102 and made a part hereof by reference is hereby adopted and incorporated into this division.

(c)

The impact fees per service unit for roadway facilities may be amended from time to time.
