§ 138-208. Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any mobile home or travel trailer park within the limits of the city unless he holds a valid license issued annually by the public works director in the name of such person for the specific park. All applications for license shall be made to the public works director, who shall issue a license upon compliance by the applicant with the provisions of this division.
