§ 138-242. Payment of fee.

Payment of the fee described in the preceding section shall be made by the owner of each mobile home to the mobile home park owner, operator or his designee in a manner suitable to the mobile home park owner, operator or designee; and the mobile home park owner, operator or designee shall deliver payment to the revenue collections department prior to the tenth day of each month.
