The department of public health shall have the authority to enter and inspect, for
health and sanitation purposes, any facility licensed under this division at any reasonable
time. If, upon inspection, it shall be found that the permit holder has violated any
provision of this division, or any provision of any sanitary or health measure or
ordinance or any provision of the electrical code or any provision of the plumbing
code, the said authority shall have the power to revoke or suspend any license and
order the trailer coach parking removed, after notice and proper hearing.
